WINONA, Minn. – Police traced an online Snapchat threat over the weekend about the Winona Middle School to an 11-year-old old boy. The. boy had threatened to take a hammer and a knife to school. Suddenly the message was in wide circulation among middle-schoolers. When police confronted the boy, he explained that he was frustrated over a dispute with a classmate. The boy apologized. Classes began as scheduled on Monday.
