MADISON, Wis. – The Wisconsin Economic Development agency approved $5 million in new tax credits to the Kwik Trip convenience store chain for expanding its LaCrosse dairy and ready-to-eat production capacities. This was on top of $21 million in earlier tax credits. The expansions were at Kwik Trip’s North Side campus, which the state had designated an impoverished zone. Through $230 million in capital investment. Kwik Trip said, it created 527 new jobs
