LACROSSE, Wis. – A late season snowstorm will sweep from the west into southeast Minnesota and adjacent parts of Wisconsin Sunday night. The National Weather Service regional forecast center predicted one to three inches of snow for Winona by Tuesday morning, A storm watch was issued for heavier accumulations west and south, as much as five inches in Decorah, Austin and Prairie du Chien.
