ST. PAUL, Minn. – Fall colors are peaking in Olmsted, Wabasha and Winona counties this weekend. The state Natural Resources Department gives the counties a ruddy 75% to 100% rating. Neighboring Fillmore, Houston and Mower counties are mostly past their peak. Yes, winter it’s a’coming.
