ROCHESTER, Minn. – After two previous drug convictions, a Plainview woman now is accused of illicit merchandising. Dakota Kaeder, 20, was charged with selling meth on the street. What she didn’t know, according to the criminal complaint, was that her buyer was a police informant and that the transaction was recorded by a third person from nearby car. This was in December. Police say the sale was 23 grams.

Court record

Kaeder has been convicted twice for felony drug possession, once in Olmsted County and once in Faribault County.
