ST. PAUL, Minn. — State tax revenue was 12.2% more than projections in October, the Office of Management and Budget reported. It was the fourth month in a row of better than expected revenue. The state government took in just under $2 billion in October. For the fiscal year to date, overall state revenues have been $805 million, about 12.5% more than projected.
