WINONA, Minn. — Deputies arrested Hoanj Van Nguyen, 55, of Winona, on suspicion of driving while intoxicated. Nguyen had been stopped on Riverview Drive and Prairie Island Road for speeding. Charges were pending blood-test results. The arrest was about 11:45 p.m.
