WINONA Minn. – Two regulars at the Winona library, who were reported Monday to be discussing getting a gun into the library, were confronted by police when they came back the next day. They apologized for causing any alarm. One of them called the other an idiot for even bringing up the possibility of arming themselves at the library, especially within earshot of another library patron.
