ST. LOUIS, Mo. – A federal appeals court denied MyPillow founder Mike Lindell’s appeal over the seizure of his cell phone by the FBI, Lindel. claimed his civil rights were violated. His claim earlier was denied earlier by a federal udge in Minnesota. Lindell appealed to the 4th U.S. Circuit Court, concurred with the Minnesota judge that the phone was a legitimate part of an FBI investigation into attempts to seize data from voting machines in 2020.
