WINONA, Minn. – A Peterson driver was charged with drunken driving after a deputy gave chase at 81 mph on on County Road 12 near Trinity Lutheran Church. Francisco Sanchez Cuaquehua, 31, failed field sobriety tests, the arresting deputy said. A breathalyzer showed his blood at 0.16% alcohol, twice what’s allowed. Records show a previous drun-driving arrest also.
Sanchez Cuaquehua. First clocked a 78 mph in 50 zone near Wilson, then accelerated before eventually stopping.
