WINONA, Minn. – An Arcadia man, Hunter Matthew McCutchen, 25, was arrested on a complaint that he had violated a court order by going to the home of a person who wanted protection from him. The arrest was about 2:20 p.m. The verboten place: In the 650 block of West Sarnia Street.
