ROCHESTER, Minn. – A Rochester man whose cellphone contained child pornography, some of girls as young as 4, pleaded guilty. Anthony Herbeck, 20, agreed to accept two counts on condition that seven related charges be dropped. Sentencing was scheduled for May 6. Herbeck was arrested last February on a tip from the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force about four suspected child pornography images that had been uploaded to an internet address associated with a northeast Rochester address. Police found the four images on Herbeck’s cell phone.
