ST, PAUL, Minn. – Teaching teens to drive can be done online so why not, said Senator Jon Jasinski, R-Faribault. He introduced a bill to allow teens to take driver’s education courses online without an instructor. The bill would allow the option still to take driver’s ed in person.
Jasinski. The change would take effect June 2022.
