WINONA, Minn. – A Winona woman was charged with domestic assault on a 64-year-old man at an East Side address. The man told police that Breanna Rose Burt, age 31, struck him 20 or more times in the head and face and threatened to stab him. There had been an argument over a bedroom issue that escalated, the man told police. The arrest was about 11 a.m. in the 550 block of Hamilton Street. The man’s injuries were minor and only to fingers, police said.
