WINONA, Minn. – The ever-changing landscape at the roundabout construction site on Mankato Avenue at Highway 61 goes into a new phase next week. Access to Dairy Queen and the YMCA will be restricted to one route temporarily, said state Transportation Department spokesperson Mike Dougherty. Watch for signs, he said. Overall, Dougherty said the project remains on schedule for completion the first week of November.
