WINONA, Minn. – A Maplewood Townhomes man, Drew Sargeant Conner, 21, was arrested after a neighbor reported being threatened with a baseball bat. The charges recommended by police: Assault and domestic assault. The incident was at Maplewood, on the Far West End, about 9:45 a.m.
