Demonstrators buoyed by network election calls
WINONA, Minn. – A post-election gathering of people marched from the Courthouse to the new Winona Color Project mural. The marchers reached the mural as major news organizations were calling the election for the Biden-Harris ticket: CNN at 10:24 a.m., NBC and CBS at 10:25, ABC at 10:26, Associated Press at 10:28, and Fox News at 10:40.
