WINONA, Minn. – A Minneiska woman, Samantha Ann Bundy, 38, was arrested after traffic stop at Sarnia and Grand streets on the West Side about 11:20 p.m. and referred for fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance. Police said she tested positive for marijuana wax, which can be smoked.
