WINONA, Minn. – The Minnesota Marine Art Museum will reopen Tuesday after being closed most of the winter to help slow the CoVid spread.  Governor Tim Walz’s new relaxed CoVid rules limit visitors 25% capacity. The museum will feature two new exhibitions:

> Commercial, fashion, celebrity portrait, and architectural photography by Winona native Tony Duran.

> Oil and pastel paintings from nature by Northfield artist Fredrick D. Somers.
