LACROSSE, Wis. – The LaCrosse Mayo clinic placed pediatrician Joseph Poterucha on administrative leave in the wake of a child sexual abuse allegation. Poterucha, 40, had been an internist at Mayo since 2017. Meanwhile, the clinic purged any mention of Potercha from its online directory. The clinic said it was conducting an internal investigation. At this time, the clinic said in a statement to inquiring news media, the molestation charge appeared unrelated to his care of patients.
