ROCHESTER, Minn. – Mayo Clinic has dozens of plans on drawing boards for Rochester in the coming fuve years. In a required periodic report to the Rochester Planning and Zoning Commission, Mayo listed:

> Expanding the Gonda Building horizontally.

> Expanding the Generose Building horizontally.

>Repurposing of the former Lourdes High School site.

> Adding a parking ramp at 11th Avenue Southwest and Second Street Southwest.

> Building a subway connecting the Baldwin and Ozmun East buildings, connecting the Dan Abraham Healthy Living Center and Ozmun Building, and connecting the St. Marys campus and a planned Bus Rapid Transit site.

> Constructing an employee parking ramp and support building at Mayo’s East Lot.

Some of the projects were previously announced. Others are planned, some likely after the five-year window.
