WINONA, Minn. – Mayoral candidate Michelle Alexander sat out a candidate forum because she’s self-quarantined after possible exposure to the COVID-19 virus. Alexander said she would be pleased to take the same questions that went to other candidates when she clears her quarantine. Participating in the forum were Ted Hazelton, Jovy Rockey and Scott Sherman. The four-person field will be narrowed to two candidates in a primary election August 11. The League of Women Voters sponsored the forum.
