HOMER, Minn. – A deputy said that Jami Marie Sonsalla, 25, of Eau Claire, was weaving across the fog and the center lines on U.S. 61 like a drunk. The deputy stopped the car. Sonsalla’s blood-alcohol tested at 0.21% — more than 2-1/2 times too much be driving legally. She was taken to jail to sober up and face the consequences. The stop was about 1:40 a.m. on the divided four-lane highway near Watkins Road.
