WINONA, Minn. – A Winona man was arrested in a search of his East Side house that police say yielded four grams of meth. Charles Daniel Smith, age 54, offered no resistance, police said. As part of an ongoing drug investigation, officers had a search warrant for the address in the 400 block of East Howard Street.
