LEWISTON, Minn. – A Lewiston man was booked for drunken driving after complaints around town of speeding and erratic operation of a motor vehicle. Carlos Eduardo Castillo-Hernandez, 23, was arrested about 9:50 a.m. at Main and Fremont streets. His blood-alcohol was 0.18%, said deputies. That’s more than twice the legal limit.
