ST. PAUL, Minn. – State Senator Jeremy Miller, R-Winona, was elected to a second term as president of the Minnesota Senate. Miller pledged “to work with colleagues from both parties and getting input from constituents to make the next session a productive one.” Miller, 37, has been in the Senate since 2011.
