OAKLAND, Calif. – Vice President Joe Biden held a 10-point lead over President Trump in a new CiVigs poll of Minnesota likely voters. The question put to 840 voters: “If the election for president of the United States were held today, and the choices were Donald Trump and Joe Biden, who would you vote for?” The margin of error was 3.6%. The poll sampled 898 voters between October 27 and 30.
