ST. PAUL, Minn. — Secretary of State Steve Simon reported that 79.9% of Minnesota’s eligible voters participated in the November 3 election – more than any other state. Also, Simon said, the percentage was the state’s highest since 1956 despite complications due to the pandemic. About 58% of Minnesota voters — about 1.9 million of the state’s nearly 3.3 million voters — voted from home, he said.
