WINONA, Minn. – Joann Clarice Hagedorn, of Winona, who rarely missed a performance by the Winona Municipal Band, in which her husband played trombone, died at age 84. She worked with children with special needs in the Winona schools. She enjoyed singing, dancing, and played an accordion band when she was young.
