WINONA, Minn. – Two cars collided at 90 degrees at the busy Fifth and Main streets intersection downtown, causing minor injuries to one driver. This was about 12:20 p.m. Police said Marie Henrietta Koivesti, 75, of Winona ran a stop light. She was westbound on Fifth.
