ROCHESTER, Minn. – AN autopsy confirmed that a body found in southeast Rochester two days earlier was that Alice Dobmeier, 34, who went missing March 3. Cause of death was not determined. The autopsy report said there were no signs of trauma. In a corollary statement, police urged anyone struggling with personal issues to connect with community outreach specialists at the Drug and Alcohol Response Team or the Police Assisted Recovery program.
