ROCHESTER, Minn. – A man being pursued police on a moped scooter jumped the railroad tracks on the South Side and headed off on a bike trail. The tracks might gave seem a good get-away route. The bike trail too, where it not were not a dead end. Police quickly mobilized a perimeter and arrested Brandon Wenthold, 40, of Rochester. The chase began about 12:25 a.m. on Sixth 6th Avenue Southeast An officer had noticed Wenthold’s blue moped had an expired registration
