WINONA, Minn. — Two TaoTao scooters were reported stolen from the 200 residential block of East Sanborn. The owner valued the bikes at $500 each. One was orange, the other blue. The complaint was filed with police about 3:45 p.m. The owner said mopeds were taken during the weekend.
