WINONA, Minn. – A Winona mother and her teen-age children will own the 53rd Habitat for Humanity home in the area. Chosen for the house were Jarreahea Webb, who recently completed nurses assistant training, and her 18-year-old daughter and 16-year-old son Mari. The house will be in the East End, said Habitat spokesperson Jesse Darst. Ground-breaking will be later this year. The Webbs are helping build the house, Darst said.
