BURNSVILLE, Minn. – Joan K. Hanson, 83, formerly of Winona, who retired after 35 tears at the Watkins household products company in Winona, died at Ebenezer Ridges Care Center in Burnsville. She was an active volunteer in the Parent-Teachers Association in Winona schools, summer Bible school, Cub Scouts, Girl Scouts and Winona Mrs. Jaycees.
