PILOT MOUND, Minn. – A Stewartville motorcyclist missed a 90-degree turn 1-1/2 miles east of the northern Fillmore County village of Pilot Mound. Thomas James Rowekamp, 67, who was alone on the cycle, was taken to a Rochester hospital. His injuries appeared non-life threatening, the State Patrol said. The accident occurred about 3 p.m. on Highway 30. between Chatfield and Rushford. Rowekamp was westbound on a 1993 Honda motorcycle.
