RED WING, Minn. – A motorcyclist was injured fatally at an intersection along the Highway 18 into the Prairie Island Casino. Red Wing police said the motorcyclist was being treated by Treasure Island paramedics when they arrived. He was dead on arrival at the Red Wing emergency room. The accident was shortly before midnight. Police blamed speeding. The driver, they said, was wearing a helmet.
