RED WING, Minn.  A Woodbury man was killed when his car crashed into a roadside barrier on the Highway 63 bridge into Red Wing.  Kenneth Fritze, 54, was ejected from his 2000 Subaru Forester. This was about 11:30 p.m. He was alone.
