ROCHESTER, Minn. – Flaggers and road crews have the holiday weekend off, but $300 fines remain jn place, for speeding the state Transportation Department said. Among 400 work zones in the state:
> Bridges on Highway 74 in Whitewater State Park,
> The Clinkner truss bridge at Wabasha to Wisconsin.
> The Interstate 90 interchange at Stewartville.
> An Interstate 90 bridge in Austin.
> Highway 14 between Dodge Center and Owatonna.
