EAU CLAIRE, WIS. – The guy was naked, shouting and displaying other erratic behavior at the farmers market in Phoenix Park. Yes, people noticed. The called the cops. Jesse D. Olson, 32, was arrested for lewd and lascivious behavior, felony battery, resisting, and disorderly conduct. Witnesses said he was threatening and attacked one person. Police said he admitted to being on meth.
