EAU CLAIRE, Wis. – A former Eau Claire County assistant DA, Peter Rindal was sworn in as district attorney. He was appointed by Governor Tony Evers in August to replace Gary King, who resigned after allegations of boozing pn the job and falling asleep jn the courtroom.
