ROCHESTER, Minn. – A Chatfield man pleaded guilty to two counts of criminal sexual conduct in exchange for five similar counts being dismissed. The plea deal paved the way for sentencing Kenneth Archer Holt, 43, without a trial. The sexual contact was with underage girls over three years beginning in 2014. The girls said that Holt touched their chests and genitals, both above and below clothing, on several occasions when they were alone together. They were 7 and 8.
