GALESVILLE, Wis. – This September the classrooms at the Gale-Ettrick-Trempealeau High School each has caddies at the door for students to park their cellphones. The goal, said Principal Jamie Oliver, is for students to focus on academics rather than surfing the web or chit-chat texting during class time.
