LACROSSE, Wis. –Winter likely will take another snowy slap at the Coulee region starting Tuesday afternoon, according to National Weather Service. Forecasters se an 80% chance of three to five inches by Wednesday morning and possibly two to four inches more in places during the day Wednesday. Temps are expected to be in the upper 20s and low 30s.
