WINONA, Minn. – A dean of academic innovation has been appointed at Southeast Tech to focus on emerging career programs. Heather Conley will carry the title of dean of academic innovation, Interim President Larry Lundblad said. She will oversee innovative advanced manufacturing, transportation, and bicycle design and fabrication programs. Previously she was an assistant dean at Montana Tech. She also was director of grants development at Kirkwood Community College in Iowa. She holds a doctorate in geography from the University of Iowa.
