WINONA, Minn. – Winona State expects fewer students to return for spring classes because of the CoVid pandemic. University President Scott Olson said it’s too early to know the correlation between enrollment and infection counts in the community. Even though classes resumed Monday, students still have a late registration window. Few students on campus will have traditional in-person lectures and classes. The university moved most instruction online last and, except for courses with labs and fieldwork, instruction remains online.
