WINONA, Mi nn. – A Rollingstone man, Manuel De Jesus Gomez, 19, failed to yield at Highway 61 and Gilmore Avenue on the West End and hit another vehicle, police said. No injuries were reported. Gomez was cited for driving outside of his permit requirements, driving without insurance, and failing to yield. The accident was about 12:30 p.m.
