ST. PAUL, Minn. – Predictably all 10 Democrat electors to the Electoral College for Minnesota voted for Joe Biden and Kamala Harris. The electors were chosen in the November election, in which a majority of Minnesotans chose the Biden-Harris-ticket. The state Constitution doesn’t provide for representation of the losing party in the state Electoral College delegation. The electors met at the state Capitol.
