WINONA, Minn. – Winona Health has bulked up the staff at its Main Street Clinic at Fourth and Main streets downtown. Nurse Jessica Nelson now is dividing her time between the main clinic and the downtown outpost. Nelson joins health-care practitioner Kristin Badenhorst, who has been seeing patients at Main Street since it opened last spring as a low-cost option for quick care.
