WINONA, Minn. — A Winona driver told police that he had a drink, maybe a couple, earlier in the evening. A field sobriety test suggested otherwise. Tion Demetrius Scott, 24, failed s field sobriety test and later got a .09% Datamaster reading. The max allowed to drive is .08%. The traffic stop, for speeding and running a stop sign, was about 1 a.m. The charge: Driving while intoxicated.
